Everything’s a click away … even your credit union!

Even though I remember the days when I had to get off the couch to change the channel and flip over the answering machine cassette tape, I lately find myself getting frustrated if I can’t do something on my smart phone. It’s amazing how modern convenience and technology can transform your life! Now, right in your own pocket or handbag, you have a computer that gives you instant access to any piece of information you desire. You want to know the weather forecast for tonight—you got it. You want to know movie times for this weekend—you got it. You want to know your checking account balance—you got it!

We’ve made it easy for you. You can download the new and improved Heartland mobile app. I use it so much that it has a place on my smart phone’s home screen, which is kind of a big deal. It’s right there next to my weather app and my activity tracking app (gotta get those steps in). The new version has a cleaner look and is more user-friendly. The best part about the new app is that the mobile deposit service is fully integrated. No more separate user-name and password for mobile deposit! I loved mobile deposit before, and now I love it more. Do you have a check to deposit and don’t feel like visiting the branch? Just snap a picture of it and before you know it, the money is in your account. Or, do you…gasp…mail your checks to Heartland? Save yourself a stamp and the worry of sending a check through the mail. Use mobile deposit instead. Just feeling a bit lazy? Use mobile deposit. I used it at the office just the other day because I didn’t feel like walking from the Heartland call center, where I work, downstairs to the teller line. Unfortunately, I didn’t make my step goal that day, but I digress. The point I’m trying to make is: give the Heartland mobile app a try. Make room for it on your smart phone home screen and enjoy the convenience of knowing your balances and depositing your checks in an instant.
