We are seeking a full-time collector for our High Crossing Blvd office in Madison. This position has the potential to be a work from home position. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years collections experience, excellent phone, verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to negotiate, problem solve and reduce delinquency. Heartland Credit Union is seeking a Member Experience Specialist for our corporate office at High Crossing Blvd. to assist lobby members with account and financial questions and provide prompt member service. This person will also be Initial point of contact for mail delivery/pickup. Other duties will be sorting mail daily including return mail and evening mail pickup, processing teller mail including transactions such as deposits and payments, and performing various administrative tasks as assigned. A successful candidate will have 1-2 years experience in a financial institution, and experience working in a sales environment.

Heartland Credit Union is seeking an outgoing and friendly person to work in our call center at our Main Office on High Crossing Blvd. in Madison. This person will be responsible for providing exceptional member service to our members by assisting them with their financial needs. This candidate will also seek opportunities to cross-sell products and services to the membership to ensure we are putting the member in the best financial situation.  Qualifications for this position include a minimum of two years customer service experience. Experience working in a financial institution and/or call center is preferred. This position may qualify for hybrid.
