At Heartland you can manage all of your finances in digital banking, even if you have accounts elsewhere. You can transfer money from other financial institutions to your Heartland accounts and make payments on Heartland loans. You also can aggregate all of your funds when building your budget in digital banking.

Register online

Answer the prompts and sign into your account to select which features you want turned on (e.g. account alerts, automatic transfers, etc.).

Once registered for digital banking, you can sign in anytime from your mobile device or computer to check balances, build budgets, make transfers, and much more.

When you need to withdraw cash, use digital banking to find ATM locations near you, anywhere in the country.
Set and change overdraft options
You can set up what accounts can be used to cover overdraft purchases to protect you from fees if your checking funds are insufficient.
Account customization
You can edit your digital banking account to color code, add photos, and add account names to make financial management easier.
Set and track goals
You can set up financial goals for saving, spending, and more. You can then get notifications about your success and progress to make achieving your goals more engaging.
Security
Turn on two-factor authentication and biometrics in digital banking in order confirm your identity with a quick code entry or by using facial or fingerprint recognition.
Shared access
You can grant permission to individuals, regardless of their Heartland membership status, to have access to your digital banking account.
Cross member transfers
By using a last name and member number, you can transfer funds between your account and other Heartland member accounts.
